Car Sales Executive - Northampton Main Dealer
  • Position: Car Sales Executive
  • Location: Northampton
  • Basic Salary: £20,000
  • OTE: £45,000+
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • 5.5-day week with 1 full day off every other week
  • No Sundays - enjoy a better work/life balance
A fantastic family-owned Dealership representing a popular franchise is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team.This group is highly respected in the local area - offering a supportive working environment and excellent long-term career prospects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial enquiry to handover.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience every time
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure all handovers are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Vehicle Sales is essential
  • Main dealer experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines
