Job Views 14Description This key role will lead the Configuration team and play a vital part in shaping capability, developing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects in a highly regulated engineering and defence environment.Based in a state-of-the-art facility, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a small team of engineers, driving best practice, and ensuring high-quality outputs across a range of complex programmes.You'll also take a hands-on role as the functional lead on some of the most challenging and rewarding projects in the sector.We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in configuration management, ideally within defence, aerospace, or maritime.
- Brings proven experience in leading teams and projects.
- Understands defence standards and regulations relevant to configuration management.
- Is degree-qualified in a technical field (or has equivalent experience).
- Can demonstrate the ability to develop processes, manage product lifecycles, and ensure compliance with regulations.
