Senior Installation & Commissioning Engineer – Fire Systems | Various locations in Essex and London, with occasional work in surrounding counties | Normal working hours are 08:00-17:00 | £40,000 - £55,000 per annumAre you a dedicated and knowledgeable engineer looking to make a difference in the field of security and fire safety?Join this family-run business, where your hard work directly contributes to protecting lives, property, and assets. The employer is currently seeking experienced and reliable Senior Installation & Commissioning Engineers to join their installation and small works divisions in various locations across Essex and London.This role will be predominantly installation/commissioning-based, but there will be times when the engineer will be required to undertake elements of small works, fault finding, repair and remedials.Are you the right person for the job?
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with fire alarm systems
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with setup and configuration
  • Stable employment history
  • Valid driving licence
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Experience with aspiration systems and GENT is preferred
What will your role look like?
  • Installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems (addressable and conventional)
  • Occasional small works, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Working with systems including Advanced, Morley, Kentec, and Gent
