The vacancyAbout the RoleYou will deliver high-quality teaching across Access to HE and Level 2 programmes, using inclusive and innovative methods to engage learners. You'll provide academic and pastoral support, monitor progress, and help students achieve their goals and progress to university or employment.Actual Salary: £20,590.99 - £26, 063.24 per annumWorking Patter: 22.5 hours in a week (Days to be agreed)There will be a requirement in this role to work at both Doncaster and North Lindsey CollegeEssential CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A relevant degree in a health or science-related subject.
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Subject expertise and relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons using a range of teaching methods and digital tools.
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, and behaviour, providing tailored support.
  • Set high aspirations through SMART targets and provide timely feedback.
  • Support recruitment and enrolment activities, including open days and events.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
