My Client is looking for a highly capable and experienced Senior Level Event Producer whom has managed projects in excess of 1 million to join a creative-led agency as the essential link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. This role leads the organisation and delivery of live events, immersive brand experiences, and bespoke activations from concept through first class execution. The position involves managing complex budgets, mentoring junior producers, and maintaining strong client relationships across projects in the UK and internationally.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for luxury events, including product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, private and corporate dinners, and cocktail events.
  • Develop and manage critical project paths, communicating progress to stakeholders effectively.
  • Oversee budgets exceeding £500k with financial accuracy and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to translate vision into actionable solutions.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and global partners.
  • Support pitch development, proposal writing, and presentation delivery.
  • Mentor junior producers, supporting their development and project success.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, insurance, permits, licensing, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in planning, logistics, documentation, and final delivery.
  • Implement and uphold internal delivery processes and best practices.
About you...
  • Proven track record delivering high-profile international events.
  • Strong luxury sector background.
  • Skilled in briefing technical suppliers; familiarity with AV, lighting, audio, and scenography.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Financially confident with strong project margin awareness and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in ideally Procim - MS Office (Excel focus), and presentation tools.
  • Passionate about industry trends, proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused.
