Monday to Friday — 9am–6pmAre you a hands-on, detail-driven Events Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments but values a healthy, purpose-led approach to work?We’re partnering with a growing, boutique-style international events agency that delivers high-impact, flawlessly executed financial events across Europe and North America. They’re now looking for a bilingual (French-English) Events Manager to join their remote-first team and take the lead on major conferences across cities like London, Paris, New York, and Toronto.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that’s ambitious yet grounded, where you’ll have autonomy, ownership, and the chance to grow alongside the business.What You’ll Be DoingEnd-to-end planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid, and virtual eventsBudget ownership: from creation and approvals to reconciliation and reportingClient and stakeholder communication, timeline and milestone trackingOn-site management, including run-of-show preparation and live executionSupplier and vendor coordination (venues, AV, production, gifting, etc. )Close collaboration with tech, design, marketing, legal, and operations teamsSupporting internal systems, documentation, and process improvementOccasionally mentoring or onboarding new team members✅ What You BringNative-level French and strong English (both written and verbal)Minimum of 4 years of end-to-end event/project management experience, ideally within an agencyConfidence managing senior clients and internal stakeholdersExperience delivering international events (UK, Europe, North America)Strong tech skills (Microsoft Office; Cvent or similar platforms a plus)Calm, organised, collaborative, and solutions-focused approachWillingness to travel for site visits and event delivery across France, the US, and CanadaWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary (£40–45k, depending on experience)Remote-first culture with regular team offsitesAutonomy and trust from day oneA values-led, collaborative team committed to growth without burnoutA meaningful role with a company that recognises events are built by people — imperfect, human, and doing their best togetherIf you’re passionate about events, ready to take full ownership of projects, and want to grow in a supportive international team, we’d love to hear from you.Please note: CVs will be treated in the strictest confidence, and your application will not be forwarded without your permission.
