- Assist with sourcing and evaluating suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Support the full procurement cycle, from requisition through to delivery, ensuring goods and services are purchased in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Help to build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships, monitoring performance and resolving any issues that arise.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including department heads and project managers, to understand their needs.
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Contribute to the implementation of procurement best practices to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree (or above), graduating in 2026.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Basic analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and solve problems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in a related field, ideally within a multinational organisation.
- Basic knowledge of procurement practices and market trends in the EMEA region.
