A leading multinational is looking to appoint a Group Legal Counsel to join its market leading team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned multinational conglomerate, in the entity that represents their interests within the UK and Europe.About the role:Reporting into the GC for Europe and working as a part of a large global team. The successful candidate will be supporting their mobile telecommunications operations, with a focus on cross-border digital products and services, data monetisation, as well as other business units. You will be responsible for providing advice and transaction support for the purchase, licensing and support of digital (IT and data) platform and device procurement. The role is based in their London office 4 days a week.About you:
  • A legal professional with at least 6+ years' experience, preferably gained in a leading international law firm or in-house in the industrial sector or with technology focused clients.
  • Corporate, commercial and technology exposure and experience demonstrating a wider understanding of the key commercial transactional matters.
  • Business focus and with a balanced approach to risks analysis in the context of the business.
  • Strong organisational and management skills with a proven ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive "get things done" attitude.
