- Conducting property viewings and valuations
- Managing the sales process from offer to completion
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Maintaining knowledge of the local property market
- Proven experience in residential property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Experience in generating new business
- Knowledge of the Waterlooville property market
- Highly motivated with a positive and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Well-presented with excellent spoken and written English
- 5-day working week
