As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Change Controls, ensuring timely approvals and closures while gathering impact assessments.
- Designing, developing, and documenting verification test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate product performance and compliance.
- Performing risk assessments to ensure validation activities align with regulatory and industry standards.
- Executing verification tests, analysing results, and documenting findings to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Generating comprehensive documentation, including test procedures, results, validation reports, and tracking issues through resolution.
- Collaborating with product engineering and development teams to review requirements and specifications.
- Working closely with quality control teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Promoting safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team morale while adhering to H&S, Quality, and Regulatory requirements.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience in process/product validation with a solid understanding of validation principles and practises.
- Proficiency in quality tools and instruments such as OGP Smart scope, micrometre, Vernier, and Tensile testing.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Competency in using MS Office tools.
