Come and shape the future of finance with us.Head Business ArchitectureLondon | 100% | Reference 7287As Head of Business Architecture at SIX Financial Information, you will help shape lead the strategic transformation of our data platforms, in partnership with IT and business stakeholders, aligning business goals with IT capabilities. You will drive identification of strategic change supporting modernization and growth, and enhancing data delivery across our content pillars (Reference Data, Market Data, Index, Funds and Fixed Income).What you will do
  • Lead and develop a team of 10 Business Architects and Solution Specialists.
Interpret and contextualize business strategy into operational needs; * Develop and maintain artifacts such as business capability models, value streams, and process maps modelling the business to enable improved alignment with strategic IT Architecture, and to help bridge strategy and execution.
  • Conduct functional SWOT analysis of current data platforms and recommend build vs. buy strategies.
  • Closely collaborate and align with IT Architecture and Business stream leads as primary partners
  • Build strong relationships with Platform, Customer Interfaces, BA, Operations and Development managers and SMEs to seek further insights, validate assumptions and propose design approaches.
What you will bring
  • 10+ years in the financial information industry, with deep expertise in market data (streaming and historical), reference data, and corporate actions.
  • Proven experience in developing business architecture artifacts such as capability models, value streams, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of financial data infrastructure and vendor technologies.
  • Ability to synthesize complex business and technical information into actionable insights and strategic guidance.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Proficient in data integration (API, SFTP), requirements documentation, and business architectural modelling tools
