
Perinatal Workforce Plan Sessional Clinical Lead - Obstetrician

- Registered professional with the GMC with a license to practice and on the Specialist Register
- Currently practicing as a consultant within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the current Maternity and Neonatal workforce of NHS Wales
- Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects.
- Expertise and recent experience in obstetrics
- Experience of successful team working.
- Experience of leading workforce development, education or training with a thorough knowledge and understanding of current education and training pathways in Maternity and Neonatal Services
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Able to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines and deal effectively with conflicting priorities
- Proficient in use of standard IT packages e.g. Microsoft Office
- Ability to speak Welsh
- A passion for workforce transformation.
