- £25,400.00 per annum.
- Up to 5% annual bonus.

- Previous experience in a customer or patient facing role.
- Experience in a busy administrative role.
- A competent user of all Office 365 programmes.
- Support daily administrative tasks.
- To book patient appointments, ensuring that clinics are fully utilised, and appropriately utilised as per the booking rules for each specialty.
- To make reminder calls to patients before their appointment is due, including the completion of the pre-screening surgical questionnaire.
- Ensure that all clinic correspondence is sent out to the patient, optometrist and GP. This includes ensuring all correspondence is completed correctly in our Electronic Patient Record, liaising with the relevant clinician if not.
- To use PowerBI reports to support daily tasks.
- Action all clinic cancellations accordingly as instructed.
- Tech savvy and comfortable working on new systems e.g. patient record systems.
- An excellent phone manner.
- An excellent grasp of the English language both verbally and in written format.
- A good team player – happy to jump in and support others when required.
