– Conduct comprehensive assessments with children and families to identify needs and determine appropriate interventions
– Provide timely and efficient responses to duty calls and manage caseloads effectively
– Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
– Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports for assessments and court proceedings
– Engage in team meetings and supervision sessions to share insights and develop best practices collaboratively
– Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with professional standards and legislative requirementsRequirements of the Social Worker:
You should possess a degree or equivalent in social work, with current registration with Social Work England.
