Regional Account ManagerLocation: Field-Based - North of England & Scotland
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + up to 30% performance bonus + benefits
Type: Full-time, PermanentAre you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for healthcare or medical education? We're searching for a Regional Account Manager to oversee and grow a key territory across the North of England and Scotland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-focused sales environment and has the confidence to engage with clinical, academic, and procurement professionals alike.You'll join a highly collaborative national sales team and represent a premium range of medical training and simulation products, supporting healthcare professionals in delivering safe and effective patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a well-established territory by building strong relationships across healthcare and education institutionsIdentify and develop new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through strategic outreachAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their training needs and proposing relevant solutionsDeliver in-person product demonstrations and training sessions as requiredMaintain accurate records in CRM, manage your pipeline effectively, and provide regular forecasting updatesWork in partnership with internal teams including sales support, marketing, customer service, and product specialistsAttend and contribute to regional events, trade shows, and sector-specific conferences within your areaHandle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads from digital campaigns, exhibitions, and referralsAbout YouWe're looking for a confident and self-motivated sales professional who is capable of working autonomously and managing a large geographical territory.
