- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
- Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, leases (granting and renewal), licenses, and landlord and tenant matters
- Advise on development work, property finance, and investment transactions
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
- Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legislation and internal procedures
- Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Acting for borrowers in refinancing.
- Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.
- Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 2 years PQE, however, for a Solicitor with an exceptional background, we can be flexible on this
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and landlord/tenant issues
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
