- +2 years experience working within a similar role – dealing with fresh FMCG
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Management experience
- Conduct and support audits of suppliers and service providers
- Communicate with internal teams – report stock levels and any disruptions to supply chain.
- Work with internal teams to build and maintain relationships
- Prepare, submit, and manage tenders, as well as conducting successful contract negotiations with suppliers.
- Uphold food safety and integrity standards and ensure products meet requirements.
- Involvement in strategic projects
- Ensure Food Safety compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure resilience planning is in place and maintained on site across all areas
- Plan fresh produce in line with growing
- Lead site services procurement – indirect procurement
- Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Monitor supply performance and negotiate the best price
- Identify efficiency opportunities and drive improvements
