Assess needs, manage risk, and intervene appropriately to protect children, promote welfare, and support positive family outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake statutory assessments of children in need, including Section 47 child protection investigations.Develop, implement, and review child-centred care and protection plans.Identify, manage, and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately.Participate in strategy meetings, child protection conferences, and multi-agency planning.Manage a caseload of children and families, maintaining accurate records and reports.
