·Managing and delivering planning applications for commercial developments across the UK
·Working collaboratively with a small, experienced team of planners
·Engaging with clients, consultants, and local authorities
·Providing strategic planning advice and ensuring timely project deliveryWhat We're Looking For in a Town Planner:
·Ideally a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or working towards it
·Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
·Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
