- Define and execute the commercial growth strategy across telesales, account management, and marketing.
- Drive telesales productivity - optimising lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal efficiency.
- Lead and mentor sales leadership, ensuring consistent execution and coaching across the team.
- Maximise customer retention, lifetime value, and profitability through upsell and renewal strategies.
- Build brand awareness and market positioning to support long-term revenue growth & ensuring marketing campaigns directly support lead generation and commercial objectives.
- Implement scalable processes and platforms to support efficiency and growth.
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for sales and marketing functions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and growth opportunities.
- Ensure launches are backed with commercially viable sales plans.
- Tangible and long track record of success as commercial/sales director in a telesales-based B2B environment.
- Proven experience unifying sales, account management, and marketing under a single growth strategy.
- Industry background in B2B services, SaaS, utilities, or financial services advantageous.
- Strong track record in scaling teams, improving customer retention, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of telesales-driven growth models and sales management best practice.
- Experienced leader with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
