A rewarding role where you can develop skills, build relationships with students, and really make a difference to young people 💡💬What you’ll be doing:
🧑🏫 Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects – if you have a specialist subject, this will be prioritised!
🎯 Creating a calm, purposeful environment for learning
📖 Managing behaviour in line with school policy
🙋 Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
✏️ Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each dayWhat we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience working with young people (in or outside of school)
✔️ A confident, approachable style and strong classroom presence
✔️ Good communication and behaviour management skills
