We are looking for someone located in either the midlands, the North or the South of England.The successful candidate will be confident in working on their own as well as in a team taking direction from their manager and meeting with the requirements of both the customer and the business alike. The ideal candidate will take personal responsibility for service delivery, quality and health and safety by acting as a role model to meet and exceed customer expectations as well as advising the customer and the business.How you will do itWorking for the Operations Group you will work on assignments both individually and as part of a team for our client base at their respective sites in the UK and Ireland.Installation of Fire Detection & Suppression SystemsRepair & Maintenance of Fire Detection & Suppression SystemsServicing of Fire Detection & Suppression SystemsWho we look forBe self-motivated, enthusiastic, and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate a proactive approach to work.Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience of having worked in a result driven Customer Servicing organisation.Be solutions driven coupled with a problem-solving, investigating, and fault-finding mindset.Possessing the ability to build positive relationships and influence others.Experience in working in a highly multifaceted engineering service environment.Be a time served Electrician. Possessing 17th and 18th Edition and holding FIA Units 1-5 would be helpfulProven experience in Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression IndustryExperience on Kentec, Notifier panelsHolds CSCS / ECS / JIB card.Be prepared to be part of an on-call rota system.#LI-JB5#LI-onsite
