With a strong pipeline of quality work and an experienced leadership team in place, this role offers the perfect platform to continue developing your litigation expertise within a respected, forward-thinking firm.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for running a caseload of fast-track litigated EL/PL claims, typically valued between £5,000 and £25,000, with full support from senior team members. Daily duties include:Managing your own caseload of litigated personal injury files
Conducting case reviews in matters involving liability disputes, complex factual issues, or where further investigation is required
Responding to rejected offers, preparing cases for hearings, and instructing counsel where appropriate
Delegating administrative tasks and collaborating effectively with support staffThis role will suit a confident litigator with a track record in handling EL/PL claims and a proactive, solution-focused approach.What You'll Get in Return25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
