- Making smart, well-informed outreach via email, phone, and social (yes, we've got the tools for that)
- Booking high-quality demos for the sales team and making their calendars your masterpiece
- Doing the prep: digging into company info, identifying customer pain points, and building smart angles for outreach
- Keeping prospects warm, engaged, and informed as they move through the qualification process
- Logging your activity in the CRM like a pro (because good data = good sales)
We're not expecting years of experience, but we do want someone who's already dipped their toes into B2B sales - whether that's recruitment, telesales, field sales, or even door-to-door.Here's what else will help you thrive in this role:
