Validatoin and verification engineer to support ongoing NPI projects and product audits of finsihed goods assembilies as part of both design verification and product verfication activites "Execute the required verification, validation, and certification work packages on time and within defined budgets. Follow the departments standard practices, engineering reviews and guidelines. Work as part of the R&D Engineering team on new and legacy Fire Alarm devices and systems, ensuring compliance with internationally recognized standards. Creation of test plans and test schedules which are linked to product and engineering reqiurements Support 3rd party test houses with testing and verification of devices and systems, during compliance testing to a range of standards. Design and execute tests based on test plans Creation of detailed validation reports to demonstrated full traceabilty of testing against requiments to allow engineering sign-off Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to manage aspects such as sample readiness, external test suppliers for EMC/Enviromental, Attend off site testing to commission and configure the rigs and equipment Working with rest of R&D, identify ways to improve testing such as automated testing, batch testing, software rig testing. " HNC/HND - Degree in relevant engineering displine 3 to 5 years of expereince in a test, verification and compliance role Electronic and Electrical Background Communication, problem solving, adaptability & time management
