- Manage the hotel's Kitchen stock, including food, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Receive, check, and store deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Implement and maintain an effective stock rotation system to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
- Conduct daily temperature checks for fridges and storage areas, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Issue supplies to different departments as needed.
- Ensure storage areas are clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
- Liaise with suppliers to track orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Understanding of food safety, stock rotation, and temperature control procedures.
- A team player with good communication skills.
