Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionAs our next Receptionist, you will be the warm, welcoming face of [Hotel Name] and the first point of contact for every guest.You will:
  • Welcome and check-in guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Handle reservations, queries and payments efficiently
  • Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest journey
  • Provide support and cover for the front office team on short notice
  • Bring your personality to the role and make each guest interaction memorable
This is a casual contract, ideal for candidates who are flexible with shifts (including weekends and holidays) and live locally to allow for last-minute availability.You’ll be trained in all front-of-house operations and safety procedures to ensure confidence in your role. Plus, we’ll offer you a one-night stay at the hotel so you can experience our guest journey for yourself!QualificationsWe’re looking for someone who:
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Remains calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Is confident using hotel systems (training will be provided)
  • Speaks fluent English – other languages are a plus!
  • Lives locally or can reliably commute at short notice
  • Has the right to work in the UK
