Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to work on landmark construction project and join a prolific practice?About the role:Our client is one of the most established multi-disciplinary practices in the area, providing a timely, pragmatic and high-quality service offering. Their clients range from colleges, developers, end users, institutions, trusts and universities. Current projects are valued between £5 million and £300 million.The project management team is delivered by a partner led service, ensuring their clients best interests are safe guarded and projects constraints are met. This allows for exceptional mentorship, whether you are striving to complete your chartership, wanting wider portfolio exposure, experience in networking or winning work.About you:You will ideally have a property or construction related degree and it is expected that you will be a member of RICS. You must have prior experience within a consultancy, and it is essential that have proven experience in the delivery of projects circa £10 million and above. You will be working alongside experienced professionals and will be given a high level of autonomy to run your own projects, therefore you must be competent in all facets of the project lifecycle.As a Senior Project Manager you will be working alongside senior members of the team and Partners as well as handling high-end projects of your own. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Construction Projects across education, life and science, media, commercial and mixed-use.Compensation;
