- Responsible for the administration of incoming insurance claims
- Booking customers in for estimates & their vehicle repairs
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Effectively operate a Bodyshop Management system, maintaining detailed claim logs
- Liaise with our Customers, Work Providers & Insurance companies to provide progress updates on repairs
- Ensure the efficient operation of vehicle movements (in/out)
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Take card payments from customers for Sales Invoices
- Take a proactive approach to work & assisting colleagues where necessary
- Dealing with any other ad-hoc tasks as set by Line Manager or Operations Manager
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- A great team player, who can easily build relationships with all departments in the company
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Very good written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent IT skills - specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
