Full-Time, Permanent | £35,000 - £60,000 DOE | 28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)A well-established law firm in Maghera is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience to work on a varied caseload of residential property matters in a supportive and friendly environment.The Role
You will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and related documents
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Carrying out title checks and property searches
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Managing completion and post-completion processes, including Land Registry and SDLT submissions
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ or with post-qualification experience) in Northern Ireland
- Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Salary between £35,000 and £60,000 depending on experience
- 28 days' holiday including Bank Holidays
