Do you love glitter, glue sticks, silly songs, and using imagination to transform learning? We're looking for a Creative Classroom Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Leeds (LS8), supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs.🌟 Your Mission as a SEN Classroom Assistant:Collaborate with the class teacher to make learning fun, creative, and inclusive.Use your artistic, musical, or theatrical talents to bring the curriculum to life.Build meaningful relationships with students to support their confidence and independence.Keep the classroom organised and engaging (yes, even if that means hunting for missing glue lids!).Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment.🎨 About You:You're creative, patient, and love working with children.Experience in a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) setting is a bonus – but not essential.You're confident in adapting activities to suit different learning styles.You're eager to grow – training and support provided.🎁 What You’ll Get:A chance to make a real impact in the lives of children with special needs.A supportive and inclusive school environment that values creativity.
