- Lead and develop a talented team of support desk and field engineers
- Be the senior point of contact for critical incidents and escalations
- Maintain high technical standards across IT, networking, security, VoIP & more
- Drive security best practices and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Balance leadership with hands-on technical problem-solving
- Experience managing technical teams in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment
- Strong technical understanding across infrastructure, networking, security & telephony
- Calm under pressure, people-first mindset, and a collaborative approach
- Great communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
