- Ensure compliance with PAS 2035 and understanding of PAS 2030 standards.
- Oversee and manage retrofit projects from assessment to delivery.
- Review and quality-check Retrofit Assessments and Designs.
- Provide expert advice on improvement measures and additional survey requirements.
- Conduct desktop analysis and site visits, producing detailed reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external design teams.
- Identify thermal bridges and simulate improvements using SAP modelling.
- Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and support CPD activities.
- Contribute to research, marketing, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Assessment
- Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings
- Strong understanding of retrofit standards and risk assessments
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deliverables
- MRICS – Chartered Building Surveyor
- Building Surveying degree (BSc or MSc)
- Retrofit Assessor
- Domestic Energy Assessor
- Previous experience working for a Consultancy
- Flexible working hours (choice of start and finish times based around a 7.25 hour working day, core hours between 10am-4.15pm)
