This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's education and development.About the Role:As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support a pupil with specific learning needs. Your role will be essential in helping the child access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored, one-to-one support to meet the pupil's individual needs
  • Support classroom routines and maintain a nurturing, inclusive environment
  • Offer emotional and behavioural guidance where required
  • Help implement personalised learning plans in collaboration with the teaching team
  • Track progress and provide regular feedback to staff and parents

  • Experience supporting children, ideally in a 1:1 or SEN capacity
