- Plan and delegate daily and weekly workloads on-site.
- Supervise and participate in hands-on construction of tunnel systems.
- Operate and oversee machinery and tools safely and efficiently..
- Deliver clear, hands-on training on system use, maintenance, and management.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to company and industry Health & Safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Coordinate materials delivery and plan team travel for project sites.
- Maintain flexibility to travel across the UK, Europe, and beyond at short notice.
- Oversee the condition and use of tools, machinery, and vehicles.
- Monitor stock levels of installation materials and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Experience in construction or agriculture is essential
- Mechanical experience or understanding of equipment use (preferred)
- Forklift/telehandler licences (desirable)
- Strong literacy and numeracy
- Experience working abroad or with international teams (advantageous)
