- Provide full technical support for automated machinery.
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair activities.
- Implement proactive solutions to enhance productivity.
- Prioritize health, safety, and welfare at all times.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
- Attend necessary training to maintain expertise.
- Coordinate with the Service Team Leader and Service Support Engineer on workflow and technical challenges.
- Comply with health and safety regulations to mitigate risks.
- Provide remote support via phone, email, or online channels, ensuring detailed documentation of issues and solutions.
- Conduct precise maintenance with a ‘right first time’ approach.
- Promote after-sales services and identify areas for improvement through technical expertise.
- Deliver comprehensive written reports to the Service Team Leader.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional standards.
- Travel globally at short notice (a valid passport and driver’s license required).
- Strong maintenance background in automation systems.
- Proven experience in precision machinery manufacturing.
- Expertise in mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with single-phase, three-phase, and DC circuits.
- Solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical components.
