Your role will be pivotal in driving regional sales growth and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
- Provide accurate and timely product and service information
- Process enquiries and orders efficiently, meeting customer deadlines
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
- Support the external sales team with lead generation and account development
- Proven experience in a dedicated sales role, ideally B2B
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail, especially when preparing quotes
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in standard computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems)
- Knowledge of civils, drainage, or construction products (advantageous but not essential as full, and ongoing, training will be provided)
