What you'll doThe Market Development team focuses on identifying priority markets and forming the initial go-to-market strategy and opportunity pipeline development as well as lead-in stakeholder engagement. This work will have the candidate liaise with the Strategy, Sales, BD and Commercial teams as well Operations and Marketing.This function of International Government focuses on growth and securing long-term profitable growth by picking the right markets, products and strategy to grow the business, both the top-line and bottom-line.The work will have the candidate liaise with all relevant functions across the Government organisation.
The day-to-dayThe Market Research focus specializes in research and analysis projects that support the development, promotion, and market penetration of the firm's products and services. Develops and controls research surveys, analyzes resulting data, and determines trends in customer/trade practices and behaviors.
What you'll needProvides support for the product marketing function through research and analysis of the company's markets, competition and product mix.Researches and makes presentations on new market areas.Analyzes the competitive environment and future trends and makes recommendations based on findings.May publish regular updates on market conditions to track company progress in specialized market niches or product technology disciplines.Job Complexity: Works on projects of moderate scope with some instructions. Exercises judgment within defined procedures.Required Supervision: Works autonomously on routine assignments using more senior team members as a sounding board. Contributes to planning and meeting milestones for project within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate methods.Skill / Knowledge: Develops professional expertise, including ability to communicate technical ideas.
