As our Assistant Head Butler, you will play a key role in leading a team dedicated to delivering personalised, seamless service at the highest level. From curating bespoke experiences to refining daily operations, you'll be the bridge between guest expectations and unforgettable stays.Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee and personalise the suite guest experience, ensuring every detail is seamless.
  • Train, develop, and inspire the Butler team to deliver excellence in line with Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood standards.
  • Understand guest preferences, tailor service styles, and ensure special requests are handled flawlessly.
  • Keep guest records meticulous, track preferences, and collaborate across departments to maintain an intuitive and smooth operation.
  • Maintain inventories, monitor daily movements, and work with culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure an impeccable experience.
