Location : Manchester - StreamAMG, UK Role overviewAre you passionate about customer service and Sport?Would you love to surround yourself with like-minded people and discuss sporting events with your customers?StreamAMG have a brand-new opportunity to help support and assist their customers via a helpdesk environment. You’ll be assisting with everything from subscription and account queries to technical challenges and assisting customer find where they can view our content.You’ll be based on-site at our fabulous office in Media City, with the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid basis. Please note that due to the nature of covering live sporting events, the role will require working some unsociable hours, including some weekends.What to expect on a day-to-day basis ...Assisting with a variety of customer queries, mainly by email.
Offering first line support for front end user queries.
Identifying patterns in user behaviour and informing technical teams of larger issues.
Liaising with second line support teams to inform and resolve system issues when required.
Growing your knowledge of StreamAMG platforms and payment platforms and using that to challenge yourself to resolve user issues faster.The skills you'll use ...
