- Tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEN.

- Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Maintain high standards of behavior and act as a role model for students.
- Commit to professional development and engage in school initiatives.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Experience working with SEN students is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- The ability to motivate and engage young learners.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
- Availability to start ASAP and work full-time.
