Semi Skillled Joiner required to start immediately !Location: BridlingtonPay Rate: £18.00 to £19.00 per hourThe OpportunitySmi Skilled Joiner required to join our Modular/Offsite client based in the Bridlington area for 6 to 12 months .The main duties will be:
  • Measuring and cutting timber
  • Partitioning Walls
  • Stud Wall Construction
  • Floor Joist Work
  • Laying basic wood and vinyl floors
  • Roof work
  • 1st and 2nd Fix joinery duties
  • Sheeting
  • Plaster Boarding
Qualifications/and or Experience
  • Minimum 2 years 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience
  • Ideally NVQ level 2 or above
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Can work as part of a team.
  • Can work if needed alone and unsupervised.
  • Own tools essential
  • Ideally Modular Construction Experience
  • Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
