The manager will be proactive in the branch for the management of the sales staff. S/he will manage their own time and diary efficiently to ensure maximising potential of staff and resources of branch. S/he will provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with customer service and building good relations with customers, as well as colleagues across the department. S/he will achieve targets and objectives.Principal Responsibilities
- Providing in branch training and coaching as required by staff
- Conduct one to one reviews and appraisals according to company standards
- Dealing with day to day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
- Completion of all appropriate section of checklists in full and on time
- Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies
- Drive lead generation through conveyancing, mortgage appointments and other third party suppliers
- Previous experience in estate agency (5 years minimum)
- Ability to work towards target and motivate the team to do the same
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- A good record of personal effectiveness
- Customer driven with a drive for results
- Previous People Management experience (desirable)
