- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Helping students access learning in a way that works for them
- Working closely with therapists, SENCOs, and teaching staff
- Creating a safe, trusting space for students to grow, academically and personally
- Experience working with young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour
- A calm, patient approach
- Trauma-informed practice, Team Teach or Thrive training is a big plus
- A belief that every child deserves another chance
