Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy have a great opportunity and is seeking to appoint a Student Services Officer who will support students across the academy with attendance, with their behaviour for learning and their emotional wellbeing.Student Services Officers (SSO) will work in partnership with Student Support Managers (SSMs) and College teams to ensure that the needs of the students are met. Challenging and logging punctuality when allocated to the start of day duty rota is an important role in assisting with reducing lateness in the academy. SSOs also coordinate the smooth running of the Reflection and Refocus Centre. SSOs lead on the Behaviour Improvement Programme initiative.
