Your day-to-day.
  • Provide proactive Tree Management of the parks across the Isle of Wight
  • Ensure that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept clean, tidy and well maintained
  • Ensure that all maintenance work that is carried out is in line with the Health & Safety policy to maintain the safety of all team members, guest and owners at all times
  • Ensure that all required maintenance jobs are recorded on the company system with the time taken and parts used
  • Ensure the good working order of all equipment and plan, prepare and implement a maintenance schedule to keep all in good working order and to be serviced in line with the Health & Safety policy
  • Operation of the mobile radio system
  • Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochure
  • Embrace and promote the Parkdean Resorts values through the effective use of various tools such as the “Creating Amazing Memories” training
  • On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given
  • It is your responsibility to report any weakness or breach that you identify within the Company’s information systems or services (even if only suspected).
