- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing or product roles.
- Experience in the digital media landscape including formats, buy types, strategies across the sales funnel, YouTube, Video, TV, Display and Social.
- Experience in achieving business targets and driving customer growth in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in digital advertising products, particularly within the Google ecosystem, and their application in influencer campaigns.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact in this customer-facing sales role.
- Experience in Comms Planning at a Business Director/Client Director level within a media agency environment.
- Experience identifying and recommending new processes and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional stakeholders.
- Experience managing Influencer/Brand agreements within an agency or advertiser.
- Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and apply strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence, build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions.
- Collaborate across UKI (United Kingdom and Ireland) to develop and scale business strategies for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and Demand Gen to realize growth opportunities within the market and for customers.
- Develop expertise in the social ads market (across both brand and performance) and understand how to execute social-like campaigns on YouTube. Utilize industry insights alongside a proficient understanding of advertiser marketing strategies.
- Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies, such as objection handling, pitching, and compete tactics to upscale accounts and align solutions with customer and Google business needs.
- Collaborate with Internal stakeholders to block and address detractors and drive growth, realising business outcomes.
- Work across a portfolio of clients to execute social-like or creator campaigns on YouTube to achieve business goals.
