Learning Support Assistant - Harrow Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives? Our college in Harrow, renowned in the local community for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team. About the role You will work across age groups in our secondary setting, supporting students with a range of additional needs, including: Autism Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Moderate to severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD) Speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) Physical disabilities and/or sensory impairments Support will take place in both small groups and on a one-to-one basis. Some students may present challenging behaviour, so strong de-escalation skills and resilience are essential.
