Locum Independent Prescriber – GP Surgery (Southampton)Agency: Hunter AHPHunter AHP have an exciting locum opportunity for an experienced Independent Prescriber to join a well-established GP surgery in Southampton.The Role:Provide high-quality patient care in a GP surgery settingUndertake medication reviews, minor illness clinics, and chronic disease management (depending on your skillset)Prescribe safely and independently in line with current clinical guidelinesWork collaboratively with GPs, practice nurses, and other healthcare professionalsKey Details:Location: SouthamptonDays: Any 3 days per week (you choose which, Monday–Friday)Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)System: SystmOne (experience essential)Pay: £29 – £35 per hour (dependent on experience)Payment: Weekly, every Friday directly to your accountCandidate Requirements:Qualified Independent Prescriber (NMP)Minimum 1 year’s experience in a GP surgeryProficiency with SystmOne clinical systemAbility to work independently while being a strong team playerExcellent communication and clinical decision-making skillsWhat We Offer:Flexible shifts to suit your scheduleCompetitive hourly ratesWeekly pay (every Friday)A dedicated Hunter AHP consultant for ongoing supportAccess to further locum and permanent opportunities nationwideHow to Apply:
