- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, Risk Assessment, F-Gas, Low Voltage Safe Systems of Work, COSHH, etc
- Undertake PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within relevant SLAs
- Ability to complete tasks exceeding customer expectations
- Focus on air conditioning duties with first-line reactive maintenance for electrical and switchgear issues
- Provide minimum 1-in-4 out-of-hours callout response as detailed in the callout rota
- Perform occasional planned night working as per the PPM schedule
- Undertake contractor control duties, including monitoring contractors and their workmanship, ensuring relevant standards, and issuing Permits to Work
- Ensure equipment operates to specified performance criteria
- Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to agreed company standards
- Provide a professional service, representing the company to ensure customer satisfaction
- Evaluate performance to ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment
- Take a proactive approach to client liaison, addressing or relaying concerns as necessary
- Maintain awareness of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times
- Ensure timely administration and accurate maintenance of all necessary documents/records
- Provide asset information updates as part of the PPM process
- Fully qualified in Air Conditioning or fully qualified in Electrical work with a solid understanding of both fields
- Experience in completing PPMs and Reactive works
- Willingness to undertake other FM-related tasks around the sites as needed
